After we visited the pumpkin patch last Saturday, we headed up north a few minutes to La Porte, Texas to go to their air and car show. The girls and I had never been to an air or car show before, and we all had a great time. Lila loves airplanes (she's been on enough of them!), so she had so much fun being able to get up close to so many of them. She loved looking at all of the old cars the best, and she was so excited when she found one of the cars that used Tigger as a decoration. I loved a blue Mercedes convertible the best, but all of the cars were so gorgeous. There was also a Coast Guard 25-foot boat at the show, which was so special for the girls to check out because that is the boat that Josh used to drive at station Destin, Florida.

After we looked at all of the cars and planes, we did a little shopping from the vendors that were at the show. There were some great vendors, and we made a few purchases as well. Lila had the chance to get her face painted, and she sat so still this time (last spring she was a little scared to have her face painted). She kept saying "so pretty, so pretty" when she was checking herself out in the mirror.

It was a great time, and I'm so glad that we were able to go!
