I had my first set of weekly appointments today, but since Dr. Klein was unavailable, I was able to see Amy, the nurse practitioner. She is awesome and always makes me feel so great! Today was also the first of the cervical checks (yay!). I really wasn't all that shocked to hear that I am 1cm dilated and 50% effaced, simply because that's exactly how my other pregnancies progressed. She did ask me to start thinking about an induction if I wanted one (which I'm 99% sure I do), so we could get it on the schedule in early September with the hospital. It's so crazy that I'm finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, and I cannot wait to meet our sweet baby Grant!
