It's Christmas Tree Time!

Woo Hoo, it's finally December! Although it is 80 degrees and hardly feels like December, I am so happy the best month of the year is finally here. 

We actually picked up our Christmas tree last weekend since Josh is out of town this weekend, so this post is a bit late. However, I wanted to wait until December to begin the holiday posting :) (and I've been super busy with the business...Christmas Card season is no joke!).

We went to Home Depot to get our tree again, because they were super helpful and had a great selection last year. The girls had a great time running around the tree tent while Josh and I picked out the perfect tree. Lila had so much fun with the fallen tree branches, and she kept using them as a broom to sweep the floor of the tree tent.

The tree that we picked fits perfectly behind the baby gate in the foyer. The lights weren't put on until just three days ago and ornaments didn't make it to the tree until almost a week after we got it, but it looks beautiful now (finished pics to come).
