Mother's Day 2012

Proverbs 31:28

Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her:

I have had such a wonderful Mother's Day! I woke up to a display of presents on the kitchen counter put there by Josh last night. He did a great job with his purchases, and I love everything! He got me a new tennis bag, a Nike workout outfit, a new auxiliary cord that I needed, and a sweet card. I was so impressed that he picked out clothes for me, and really cute ones at that!

We got ready, took some pictures, and went to church. After church, we went to lunch at Cafe Express (one of my favorite places ever!).  It was so good, and the weather here could not be more perfect! It's 75 degrees and sunny, and it actually feels cool in the shade (which I'm not used to mid-May). The girls have been so sweet, and I haven't had to change a single diaper yet (thanks Josh!).

I am so thankful for my sweet girls making me a mom, and I thank Josh for helping me with that! :) I also thank God for blessing me with these two precious lives, and I pray that He will continue to guide us as we raise these girls up in Him. I am also thankful for my mom and grandmothers who were such wonderful examples of a loving, Christian mom. I am so lucky to be able to learn from some great women! God has blessed me so much in my life, and I am so thankful!
